I have always had a passion for fitness! I grew up as an athlete spending time in the outdoors and am so happy to have landed in the PNW where I can enjoy all the beauty this place has to offer. I explored many different avenues in fitness and found myself falling in love with bodybuilding in my early twenties. I competed in several physique competitions and took home trophies for my hard work and dedication. After nearly 10 years in the world of bodybuilding, I decided to hang up my sparkly bikinis and high heels to focus on my career helping other realize their goals.

Over the last nine years, I have the honor of changing lives through nutrition, fitness, and educating individuals on the benefits of a healthy life. I truly believe a healthy lifestyle centered on balance can transform a person and their outlook on life. Merging the two of these together proves to be the biggest challenge for people. I see so many struggles with this balance every single day. Each client is unique, so we work as a team to simplify the confusing world of diet and exercise trends and build a lifestyle that is sustainable and helps them attain their goals. 

I am certified in many areas to be able help others overcome their particular obstacles and continue to grow and further my education in order to better serve my clients.
