No. Semi-private training is carefully planned and structured strength and conditioning sessions designed for YOU specifically based on your fitness and movement goals.

HOW BIG ARE SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS?

Training sessions are a maximum of 4 people per session

HOW LONG ARE SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS?

Demi-Private sessions are 55 minutes long. We recommend showing up 10-15 minutes early if possible to complete a dynamic warm-up and any specific preparation for your movement plan.
