
STEPS TO GET STARTED
I will provide many resources for you to use during the program. All of them are full of information that will educate, empower and give you the tools to be successful. With that being said, I have included below the two major resources you will need to get started. You will use these throughout the entire program. TRAINERIZE APP
The Trainerize app to connects you directly to your coach. This app is easy to use and puts all the important information that both you & your coach will need in one place. In the app, you will:
Track your daily nutrition
Complete weekly check-ins with your coach
Create habit based goals
Track progress
Make changes to your macronutrient targets and goals
You should have received an additional email that will prompt you to create your profile. Have fun getting comfortable with all the features, as you will be using this daily!
NUTRITION TRACKING
In the Metabolic Priming Program you will use nutrition data tracking (aka tracking macronutrients) to help you be successful in reaching your body composition goals. This does not mean that you will have to track your food intake forever. It is intended to be used as a tool to help guide foods choices, portions, etc. If you are new to macronutrients and tracking, don’t get overwhelmed. Check out this video to help you get started and I will be here to help you along the way!

Strength training is a key component to maximizing your results, especially if your goals include losing body fat, body recomposition, building muscle and weight loss.
