Kelsey Weaver is our Functional Health Practitioner at Elevation Fitness & Performance. We worked with her to build supplemental protocols to support your unique goals for your metabolism, weight loss, body composition, athletic performance, etc. She designed three different protocols. We suggest that everyone starts with the Metabolic Priming: Base Support protocol, then add either the Weight Loss or Athletic Performance Add-Ons.
