Lay the foundation for success by establishing your baseline. If you don’t know what that is, don’t worry I will be with you every step of the way!

ESTABLISH BASELINE:

This month you will spend a few weeks doing some important “leg work”. You will be tracking data in order to establish your caloric baseline. Watch this video to learn how and what data to track. Then how take that information and establish your baseline! Download the data tracking worksheet to make your life easy!
