To become the master of your unique metabolism & health, it is important to periodically take a step back and audit your habits and progress.
YOUR ACTION ITEMS:
It is time to review the foundational practices that we have covered so far in the program. These include: understanding metabolism, finding baseline, cutting vs. bulking, reverse dieting, realistic change timelines, progress indicators, consistency, nutrient timing, common obstacles and phase lengths. Use this review as an opportunity to reflect on your path so far. Then re-establish your goals to ensure you are still on the right path and determine which habits and strategies are working well for you and where you may still have areas of opportunity. Then move forward with a singular focus in mind. Aim for 80% CONSISTENCY or greater with this action item and let’s see where you land in the next couple of weeks!
