BYO Granola Bars

Granola bars are a staple in most households with kids. The downside to these packaged convenience snack items are that they are most often made with high fructose corn syrup or refined sugar and loads of preservatives. As a nutrition coach, I love to revamp recipes that are made with mostly whole food ingredients, but still taste delicious! Bonus, you can get your kids involved with this recipe by having them help you pick out their favorite ingredients! The flavor combination possibilities are endless.  Great for breakfast on the go, a lunch box or after school snack.
