MONTH ONE

In your first month, you are laying the foundation for success. First, you will take the time to reflect and establish your goals so you know what direction you are headed in. This does not always mean that there is a clear cut path to the finish line, but with that knowledge we will build the appropriate action steps to get there.

Then you will establish your caloric baseline. This is an essential step in the process! In order to “earn” your macronutrient targets, you have to first understand your baseline and what your metabolism is doing. Be curious about your own body. Become an investigator gathering data and information!

You are not alone in this process. I am with you every step of the way! Use the “Ask Amy” feature on the Member Hub homepage at any time you have questions or need additional support. Be sure to mark your calendar for our monthly group sessions and open office hours!

ESTABLISH GOALS:

Time to determine where all of your hard work will lead you! You may already have a clear path or you may be unsure of what you want to accomplish in this coaching experience. Wherever you are at, that is OK! Download the worksheet HERE and watch the video to get started.

 

ESTABLISH BASELINE:

This month you will spend a few weeks doing some important “leg work”. You will be tracking data in order to establish your caloric baseline. Watch this video to learn how and what data to track. Then how take that information and establish your baseline!
