MONTHLY FOCUS:

To become the master of your unique metabolism & health, it is important to periodically take a step back and audit your habits and progress. This month we reviewed the foundational practices that we have covered so far in the program. 

  • Understanding Metabolism 

  • Finding Baseline 

  • Cutting vs. Bulking 

  • Reverse Dieting

  • Realistic Change Timelines 

  • Progress Indicators

  • Consistency 

  • Nutrient Timing 

  • Common Obstacles

  • Phase Lengths 

Each of you have different goals and starting points and because of this are in a different place in your journey whether that be a reverse diet, cut or a bulk. Where you are at now is just a part of your journey to get to your ultimate goal. 

Use this review as an opportunity to reflect on your journey so far.  

  • What information & strategies you have been able to successful implement? 

  • Where do you need to put a little more focus? 

  • Is your goal still the same as when you started? 

  • What progress have you made so far? 

  • If you have not made the progress you are hoping for at this point, what is holding you back? 

After testing your knowledge, I encourage you to re-establish your goals and determine which habits and strategies are working well for you and where you may still have areas of opportunity. Then move forward this month with a singular focus in mind. Aim for 80% CONSISTENCY or greater with this action item and let’s see where you land at the end of the month.

Time to test your knowledge! Before you watch, grab a piece of paper, and take the QUIZ. There will be multiple choice, true or false and free write response options.

Then tune in to see how you did as we review all the topics & strategies we have covered so far. The goal of this exercise is REFLECTION and TAKING ACTION. Take time to survey your habits, consistency and progress to determine what is working well for you and where you may still have areas of opportunity.

Body composition rates of change are unique to each individual. Give yourself grace in this process and recognize that your body may respond differently than what is expected. The secret to finding your desired outcome is taking action every day and being consistent. Everything you need to reach your goals, will be provided for you.
