MONTH THREE
MONTHLY FOCUS:

With your goals in mind, you should now have established your first macronutrient targets and lifestyle actions items with your coach. Whether you are cutting, building or reverse dieting you are on your way to achieving your goal.
It is important to remember that CHANGE IS NOT LINEAR. Your body is not predictable because life and the factors that affect change are not predictable. There will be ups and downs and plateaus along the way. This is completely normal! Our first focus this month will be to set realistic expectations for rates of change and get a deeper understanding of metabolic adaptation and how that can impact progress.
You will not be changing your macronutrient targets as often as you might think. If you are seeing your results over time, trending downward or upward (depending on your goal) then we will keep your plan as is. By the time changes need to be made in order to see further progress, we will have gone over the steps to take together!
Until then, your job is to:
Stay consistent with your plan at a level that feels sustainable.
Establish individual progress indicators that match goals.
Continue to track macronutrients and progress indicators.
Through additional video and audio resources throughout the month will also learn the secret to maximizing your efforts and learn tips and tricks to hit your macronutrient targets like a pro.
You are not alone in this process. I am with you every step of the way! If you met with me for your Nutrient Analysis, we established individual check-in schedules. It is your responsibility to check in to get the help that you need. I recommend putting a weekly reminder on your calendar.
