MONTHLY FOCUS:

You have laid the foundation by establishing your metabolic baseline and now the fun really starts! We take into account your goals and the data you have gathered to determine the next steps in your macro journey.
Are you going into a cut/weight loss phase?
Are you going into a muscle building phase?
Will reverse dieting benefit you?
By months end, you are going to have the answers to these questions! But no matter which path you take, you will start in the same place, tracking macronutrients. This will provide you with valuable information about your personal nutritional habits and daily intake.
Through additional video and audio resources throughout the month will also gain a deeper understanding of cutting and bulking, the pros and cons of each and what macronutrients.
After completing the initial macronutrient tracking (3-4 day minimum) you will meet one-on-one with your coach for a Nutrient Analysis Session. Using the information gathered, you and your coach will build a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. Establishing specific macronutrient targets.

I FOUND BASELINE… WHAT IS NEXT?:

Is it worth the tradeoff? You decide! Listen in and you will learn the pros and cons of each. Based on the information provided, your current health status and goals, you and your coach will determine which is the best path for you!
MACRONUTRIENTS 101
New to macronutrients or need a refresher? This will give you a complete overview of the three macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates and dietary fat. You will learn what each macronutrient is and why they are important for the body. Macronutrient breakdown is HUGE when it comes to body composition, this will help you to see why!
