• Our training ideology begins with assumption that we need to move well before we worry about how hard or how often we workout. This is paramount in getting out of pain, staying out of pain and achieving the best results!

• We start with a Complimentary Strategy Session and Functional Movement Screen to better understand your fitness goals and training preferences as well as establish a movement “baseline".

• We’ll determine if corrective interventions are needed before or concurrent to semi-private training, and move to a movement plan (4-1:1 sessions)to build out strategies both at home and in the gym to address movement deficiencies found in the screen, as well as an introduction to applied lifting technique for those new to the gym or strength training.

At Elevation Fitness and Performance, our semi-private training model achieves the best of both worlds—a small group training session and one-on-one sessions. You’ll get the individualized programming and coaching offered in private sessions, with the motivation and fun atmosphere of training with a small team!
